wow...i like the second one. very nice, how did you take the pic?wat settings did u use? if not mistaken, the condition of the cave at that spot is very dark right?
Gabriel, you are right. The place is indeed very dark and the strong light would make all the details in the darker part to disappear. It is very difficult to take it like this without tripod.I took this picture with camera handheld. To cut a long story short, I took it raw and "adjusted" it in Lightroom (LR) using "fill". After having my camera for more than a year, this is the first time I do adjustment using LR to good advantage.am: ya, tired after so many hours of walking. I thought my legs can carry me no more!
uncle william... your pictures are very very beautiful and it makes me want to explore Niah Caves too! Wish I could join your trip *envious*
Siang Ing, Thanks. Really you are interested to go? I may go again this month! hahahaha...
wow, when is the exact date you are going to Niah again? well, after reading your blog I actually plan to go by this week or next week =P but it would be nice if I could tag along your next trip if timing is right =) Anyways, I not yet intro myself though. I'm your daughter, Esther's classmate back in chung hua miri =)lately been reading your blog coz it's very interesting ",)
Siang Ing, thanks for your introduction. Esther is coming back next weekend. I will have to find out whether she is interested to go. Only then I will decide. If she won't go, then this trip will not materialized.
