Ah Jon new toy
These pictures were taken by Ah Jon. His passion is to collect figurines. This one is his latest collection...
It is almost two feet in height and was built to great details! Also... very pretty!
The interesting part is that this girl has a huge bushy tail!! It came all the way from Japan. Anyone dare to guess the cost?

Latest Figurine
Ah Jon got his latest delivery of figurine today. It came all the way in from Hong Kong by FedEx special delivery. And this figurine is heavy! I think it is probably more than 1kg. It will really hurt if you are being hit by this object! Even the broom is very heavy as if it is made from solid steel.
Ah Jon claimed that this figurine has a market value of RM800! I have no idea how much it is worth but I know it is expensive from the look and feel. This figurine is about a foot tall.
I saw a lot of "low quality figurines" in a hypermarket in Miri and comparing their quality to this one, they are miles apart!

Visit to MMU (Daicon)
We went to Cyberjaya yesterday to visit Daicon exhibition. I wasn't too sure what was in store for me (except Jon) until I was there. It was quite a journey because, first, my GPS mess up, then I make a wrong turn and ended up taking 1 hour instead of 30 minutes! I realised that Daicon is actually something for Japanese culture, ie, not for adult but for kids and teens. It was all about Anime and games convention! For the first time, I saw so many figurines and all the admirers. It seems that figurines are mostly admired by boys for obvious reason. I took many photos and this is my first installment ... enjoy!
