3rd Day of Smog in Miri

This morning, the smog condition is slightly improved. The local authority is really working very hard to put out the fire. Everywhere you see dry vegetation and indeed they do catch fire easily from careless throwing of cigarette, etc.
This is in Miri ...
Along the Miri-Airport bypass, the situation has improved. But the sun still look as if it is somewhere in the desert!
The visibility has greatly improved. Blessing or not, the smog disappear quickly by 9AM. So the polution index was 80 yesterday. They must have taken the reading at noon to give a false healthy index!

Sometimes it looks worse in the morning due to the morning dew/mist but when it gets hotter and that evaporates, what is left behind is...haze! Still ok in Sibu though it's very hot!

API at 80 or even 150 is nothing. In 1997, Kuching had a API reading of over 890 and an emergency was.

...declared.

I don't know why that last part was cut off.
