The Wise and Foolish Builders

Matthew 7:24"Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. 25The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. 26But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. 27The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash."

After seeing the numerous landslides and the anxiety brought upon the people, the above verses from the Bible came true. It is talking about us! Not just on building our houses on rock or solid ground, but our faith and action. It is like our own spiritual condition... if we don't build it on solid foundation, it will shake and collapse when we are faced with the many influences in this world. Our faith needs the powerful diet of daily Manna.
What action are required? Read my next post coming up soon.

News room from afar: Thanks for the message. I read it in the paper. I wish I could go there and snap some pictures and report about it.
