Integrity

What is integrity and why is it so important?

Integrity is about being honest with others and adhering to high moral standards.

It is also about doing what you say you will do. When you act with integrity, your customers, colleagues and staff will place their trust in you.

They know that you mean what you say and that you will not let them down. They know that you will give them the best quality for their money/service and they know that you will not cheat them.

In a world where so many people are unethical and dishonest, build your reputation on integrity and you will have an endless supply of customers, suppliers, investors and business partners.

Psalm25:21 May integrity and uprightness protect me,
because my hope is in you.

It is also about doing what you say you will do....even though there is nobody else watching you.

Derived from the Latin word meaning "“wholeness", "completeness".

A leader must have many desirable qualities and Integrity is the first amongst them. Nobody would want to follow a hypocrite.

Kong, you are absolutely right. Integrity seems to be on top of the list.

Anonymous, maybe she has her share of sorrow. We do not know. But pray for her that her soul is fine. May love prevail. Hatred will only breed more hatred and at the end, no one win.

Hear hear! There are not enough businesses with integrity - and I think most of us have seen the lack of integrity within these companies when we worked for them.

FM Luder, you are absolutely right. This includes huge companies.

Anonymous, this world is not really sad. Just that people have departed from holiness! You can still find a lot of happiness around.
