I enjoyed the food the fellowship and the firing of the minds!!
The fusion pulut is Iban pulut with western black eye peas and Mediterranean minced chicken. God has given us so much we have to "combine" some of them so that we can enjoy them together....hence FUSION. Glad you liked the food.
God sent angels to help me wrap up the rice for steaming : Aminah and her Mother and my husband's grand aunty. Otherwise we could not make 50 of these in l hour!!
God is looking after us.
