Miri New Landscape - Permy Mall

A new mega shopping mall is coming up really fast at Permy Jaya. This is situated just after the Pujut 7 bridge.

This picture was taken on 26 March 2011. Now, the outside plaster and paintwork are almost completed.

The building on the left is the new Permy Mall. The buildings on the right are shops in Permy Jaya township.

According to the developer, Giant will be the anchor tenant.
By the way, Merdeka Mall is still far from being fully populated. Only the ground floor has more shoppers.
