Interesting post. One Chinese sinseh - Chai something...may be able to help. My arm was stuck in a fixed position after two months in a plaster cast...and he was able to restore it - has been ok since. His place is along Brooke Drive (1st Floor) above Dr B. Kong's clinic, somewhere across the road from/opposite Orchid Hotel.
