The MRC, Miri Chapter, Blood Donors Recruitment Sub-Committee will be commemorating World Blood Donors Day by holding a blood donation campaign on:-
13th June 2010 - this Sunday
from 10:00am to 1pm
at Level 3, Boulevard Shopping Complex
Your support by donating blood or requesting your family and friends to join the campaign would be most helpful. This event will be graced and officiated by YB Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Dr George Chan Hong Nam, our Miri Chapter Chairman and his team.
The Miri General Hospital requires approximately 8,000 pints a year. 50% of this blood is collected via the Miri Red Crescent Mobile Blood Collection drives.
We would also like to thank all our past and current donors including those who have been helping to organise blood donation events.
