My Daughter Stephanie - Sushi Chef

My second daughter Stephanie enjoys making Sushi and baking cakes, especially cheese cake. She is very creative. Since small, she has been drawing cartoon! What I didn't realise is the fact that she also loves to cook, especially sushi. She had been working in a sushi restaurant.
Ok, see what she cook last weekend...
I don't know the name of the dishes. She did post them on her facebook.
It took her 5 hours to prepare these ... for four people!

Raw Salmon ... delicious!
That is her, Stephanie!
Long bean
Prawn salmon sushi

Mango yogurt cake
Triple layered cheesecake.

This is her final year of her medical school. I hope she will get good result and cook only to break the monotony of studies!

Lucky you! Your daughter can prepare ALL that - a complete Japanese meal...and bake the cakes some more. Mine?...Sigh!!! But never mind, I love her nonetheless - and I cook for her! LOL!!!

Cynthia: Ya, we are very happy but on the other hand, they also need to study real hard! Just treat this as their hobby.

CY: Thanks.

Wenn: Yes, who knows, they may work in W.M. one day!

eyesonmiri: Yes, indeed we are proud of all our children!

all3cool: Yes, they tasted great. You want to visit them in July?

STP: Yes, you have the right attitude. I think u are too capable to cook and forgot to drag your daughter into the kitchen! I made them cook when they were young.

Gab: You ask them. You think got business here?

Ladyviral: Looks like it is quite easy to cook but tedious to prepare. Oh, I comment on your blog but somehow, couldn't save it!

Anonymous: I tried some of their food b4. They are good! They have the interest also.

Hi claire, yes, she is very good at it. When they came back this time, they were frustrated with the raw material here, ie, poor quality and expensive!
Who knows, your girl may one day cook/prepare sushi also.
On special order, my daughters also sell the food they prepare to their friends. Thanks God for that! I agree with you. May His blessings also pour out upon your family too!
