Rabbit... an eating machine?

We have this rabbit from our friend, Yee. When he bought it a couple of months ago, this rabbit was quite small.

Now, as the day passes, I think he is getting smarter. When he needs food or wanting to get out of his cage, he would chew on the wire of the cage!

Look, he is very big now. I wonder when he will actually stop growing! If I give him a bundle of veggie, he would finish it off. If I feed him 3 times a day, he would still eat everything. He really seems to enjoy the veggie so much... he chewed on the crunchy stalk and the sound made by the teeth made me feel like trying the veggie stalk myself!!
Anyone know how big he will grow? As big as a goat? Or a cow (I saw it on fantasy movie)? Afterall, they are all vegeterian. I shall wait and see. But seeing that he is getting so smart now, I think my friend's (Nilesh) desires for a rabbit stew will not materialise anymore.

Tasty. But after having seen one with the the skin removed and the 2 legs looking a lot like baby's leg, I gave up eating.

If they breed as ferociously as they eat, why not get him/her a partner. Who knows, your friend Nilesh could have his wish granted many many times over.

Getting him out for a walk in the park? With a leach? Very soon, you will be the talk of the town. William, you absolutely must take the photos and show us. ha.

I am happy there will not be rabbit stew, after all I am a vegetarian and a proponent of anti-speciesism.

Wenn: Really ah? How big were they?

Janice: Indeed he is bigger and longer. Jos touched the rabbit yesterday and told me "Daddy, that fellow is fat!"

I am going to take Kong's idea... walk him in the park with a leach!

Kong: I will surely call in the newpaper and cameraman so that it will appear in the paper!

Nil: I am not sure whether I wanted to have rabbit stew also. I ate them many years ago in UK. They were sold in the market.

We have to be politically correct to the dear rabbit...shoot him from a more discreet angle or give him pants..this is just a cranky note from me...take it with a smile please....have a good laugh..
I believe animals can be shot when they have good poses....thanks...your photos are always a delight...

of course that rabbit is not for stewing. Its so kesian to see the rabbit in the pot. Kids don't like it to be cooked provided u don't tell them. Then they will eat like chicken meat. for them, its such a cute and tame animal and also rear as a pet. But for adults as long as its good for health, they just go ahead.

rabbits can really eat. No matter how many meals u feed, they still can finish all the supply.

joshua, hope your dad won't end up in a feast if u can't find your pet. haha
