To me, Stephanie is making sushi like an expert. She was working as a sushi chef in a Japanese restaurant in Leeds.

She brought the vinegar and some other ingredients all the way back from UK. Fortunately sushi rice is available from Miri.

They were delicious. Unfortunately, we don't have time to organise a "teaching" class this time. Perhaps, next year.
