cooking marathon~!

aloha! it's me again.

Steph and Esther were on a cooking marathon on Thurs nite to prepare food for the Easter outreach in the chaplaincy. Before I left for work at 4.30pm, they just started cooking. After I got back they were still cooking.

the two grumpy cooks who cooked from 4pm to 2am.

when i got home from work, they were pestering me to take pictures.

this is me gaping at the amount of muffins

Esther actually made all the muffins but steph wanted to be in the picture.

does she not remind u of a mouse?

yum yummmm..

(my favourite pic) after eating she's happy again

the muffins. Esther made 3 types of muffins that night - choc muffin, strawberry muffin and choc muffin with cream cheese filling

the inside of the chocolate chip muffin with cream cheese filling

I helped out in making the egg tarts. we were all so tired that we din bother to mold the tarts properly hence the ugly margins.

tada! work done! a sense of accomplishment. Steph cooked all the meat dishes you see on the table.
