No Fish... simply no fish!

After a day of fine weather, we figured that some fishermen would be brave enough to go out to sea. So we ventured into the outskirt of Miri driving towards Berkenu. Along the way...

...we saw fishermen returning in their small fishing boats.

But the "harvests" weren't too promising. They were indeed fresh fish.. still trying to catch their last breath!

So we drove all the way to Berkenu... what was this crowd doing? A half basket of fish had arrived...

Within one minute, all "good fish" were taken ...

... for the pot!

... no one wanted to look at this basket of small cat fish!
I was told that they had no fish for two whole weeks. In fact, for the last two months, there were hardly any fish anywhere.
