Two months back, Jonathan park his car opposite the school and has his handphone stolen. It was in the public place. So, he has no eyewitness. Since then, he moved his car and park within the school. Yesterday, he saw his form mate "doing something" in the car. He lost his handphone again. Apparently this form 5 boy has already mastered the skill to open car door and steal stuff. How to survive for the rest of his life? Living a life as thief or not? Shall I report this to the police? I am not sure what to do. Any opinion?
Update:
I have consulted the head of security today and he advised me to talk to the headmaster, get the discipline teacher to act on it. If all fail, then I will have to report this to the police. The police will get in the boy for questioning.

Jonathan should not have left his phone in the car in BOTH occasion. He is partly to blame for inviting theft of his phones.
As for the boy. It's best to report to school authority and let them handle that.
