Ooo...I'm sure it tasted great. I wish I knew how to make my own noodles...organic or otherwise, never mind.

For those who are tempted to buy the machine, make sure that you buy one made in Italy and NOT CHINA.
Slurpppp... looks nice. Hope taste also nice. Tried doing before but turned out to be a bot hard and wiry!
