Unfortunately, this photo never won any prize in the recent competition. But I have always suspected that winning photos in competition may not always be used for publication.Eastwood Valley had inadvertently missed out the contributing author name and they informed that the name will be printed for the next printing.

Really nice photo. Should make a trip to Miri with my family. Came to Miri thrice in the last 3 years for medical purposes only.

stp: No payment lah as they are competition photos and they got the right to use. However, the need to give credit as a condition.

Terence, I think u are right. Actually another winning photo was from my colleague. We took it at the same time and place. But I didn't submit mine.
This photo of mine is unique because of the red patch in the sky on the right side.
