Yesterday, we brought Timothy to his future school, SMK Chung Hua, Miri. This is where 4 of our children had gone through. We also call this Tan Sri Ting's school because he sponsored most of the buildings.
SMK Chung Hua can be seen clearly from this picture. It is to the left (with blue roof ) of the big white tower.
On entry, this is the main block consisting of administration and higher forms.
When students return home, this is what they will see... a bus stop to remind them to excel and stay ahead!
The school compound is neat and clean...with new block everywhere!
The corridor of the main block is full of ...
"advertisement" from Taylor's University College. The banner contains famous quotes which is a good thing. But below the college name, it is written "wisdom, integrity, excellence". I have no problem with "excellence" (true or not?) but claiming wisdom is very ungodly! Only God gave wisdom, like He gave to King Solomon. The next claim is "integrity". This is a business organization where money talk first and also mean that there should be nothing to misled the public and internal operation. Not possible! To me, one can only claim integrity for self and not for a large organisation.
We met the principal, Mr Richard Wong, who also goes to the same church as me.
Finally, registration. This is all done by the students for the students!

haha...that's my school as well last time! I didn't know the principal has changed. ahhaa...start to miss school ad...
