Watch your steps

In Miri, you will find unexpected "trap" along footpath...
I have personally tried to push this protruding handle down but without luck. Apparently the handle was made too far to the edge and the concrete edge beneath it prevented the handle to be pushed in, thus making this handle dangerous.
To the authority concerned, this thing is just outside Dynasty hotel. This footpath is used by students and parents every morning and I just hope that no one trip over. So, please make this path safe for us.
There is another rusty and sharp open ended segment of a 4" steel pipe protruding out of the ground just outside Chung Hua Primary School, opposite Dynasty hotel. Please fix this also before anyone fall on it and dig a huge hole on the limb!
