adjustment（调理？） should be dosage required for the product to work its magic, while the maintenance (保持?) is the amount reqd to continue taking for max benefit ... Good try?

Since it is supplementary food and organic too, i think the dosage is not that important but of course don't over taken. If it is harm with slightly over, then its dangerous to have for.
I usually take supplementary whenever i remember and not in exact dosage. LOL.
