Last Sunday, there was a lady (LuYin) from Taiwan who came to Miri to give a talk on the benefit of her (LuYing) vinegar. I heard about the benefit of vinegar but not to the extend of her explanation. If you want to know more, go and look for Q Organic.

The handsome boss who is kind enough to post for me. He thought that I am a reporter. Actually, I am a reporter for my own blog.
Some advice given during the talk:
1. Don't use cold water to wash your heads or you will get health problem when you get older
2. Don't take ice/cold drink before/during meals. It can cause digestion problem. Then you feel bloated whole day long, etc. Also, it can lead to all kinds of health problems. One of them is freckles.
3. Exercise your fingers as you work.
4. Constipation can lead to colon cancer and problem with colon. So eat proper a balanced meal.
5. Avoid drinking icy/cold water. It leads to health problem.
6. Don't consume too much sugar or a meal too rich in carbohydrates. It can give rise to the feeling of a bloated stomach.

There are reports of long term usage of >pH7 water (mainly due to higher mineral content) will lead to longer disease free life. For eg, Google Okninawa water. In fact, there is an industry trying to make our drinking water having higher pH, be it water filter or otherwise.
