Friday night, I suddenly felt like having no motivation to cook a nice meal. So I cooked chicken frank. Ok, cut all the frank into half.

Prepare some mixture... my own recipe: Corn flour (20%) + rice flour (80%) + curry powder + salt

Put a generous amount on the frank.

Mix, or rather coat the frank with the home made "flavoured flour".

Put them in the hot oil and fry. To test whether the oil is hot or not, dip a little frank into the oil. If it bubbles, the oil is hot enough. Otherwise, wait a little while longer. You may also test using a chop stick coated with the flour.

When they "blister", drain off the oil and put them on a plate.

I also fried some crinkle cut chip. This must be fried before the frank because after cooking the frank, the oil "smell".

ok... ready to serve...

Timothy loves frank, which he called sausages! hahaha.... Fortunately, we don't eat a lot of these things. They are unhealthy.
