I have hijacked the photos from Stephanie's Facebook and tweaked them in Photoshop.
After tweaking, the sea is now visible and the hill in the background is more green.
To do this in photoshop, here is my technique:
1. Trace out Stephanie using Magnetic Lasso
2. Select Invert (CTRL-SHIFT-I)
3. Copy selected area to a new layer (CTRL-J). Click on the new layer
4. Image-Adjustments-Level. Adjust the right bar to the left. May also experiment with "Curve"
