Nowadays, primary school run an activity calling themselves Doktor Muda. They visit the hospital and attending talk. Seems to be quite interesting! Look at him...

He has a "new" bike given by sister Soo Min. This bike is too tall for him and you can see that his feet are about 6" from the ground.

... but this is not a problem for him. He enjoys cycling...

By the way, he tried my tall bike and he fell off the bike. Haha... Joshua is a risk taker!
